Baking has always been one of my passions, which has, incidentally, caught on with my daughter also! So, when I decided that making sugar free desserts is my life's calling, cakes were one of my most natural choices! After a lot of research, I discovered that Almond flour was the right fit for making gluten-free, low-carb, protein-rich cakes - add to this my funda of 'No sugar, No artificial sweeteners, No preservatives, No anything artificial' - and the Almond Flour cakes were born!
